Updated 1 month later- the owner was so kind, he definitely made up for the horrible service and I’ve gone back several times since with no issues and will continue going back. Thanks Woody. You and your son are awesome. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I spent almost $8 on the smallest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever gotten. This is my second time visiting this ice cream place and first time at the Pearland location. The Conroe location gave me love which is why I returned. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE PEARLAND LOCATION!! I even told the girl that the scoop was very small and she just looked at me. Hello?? Geez. I want a refund or another scoop of ice cream. I could’ve bought 2 gallons of ice cream for the price of this half scoop. It must be rectified. I called and asked for a manager of which I was told there wasn’t one there but I will be calling tomorrow about this disservice.

Great service. On a busy weekend everyone serving at the counter had welcoming smiles and got the orders right. Great choices in terms of ice creams but also ice cream cakes. Prices are comparable. Quality is good. Place is well maintained, nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Love the cheese cake fantasy ice cream in a cone. The small portion are just right enough to satisfy the craving. You got to try it.
